In the third space community, honor and respect are key to how we work together. As we cultivate right relationship with one another, we learn to work from the inside out as our thoughts, words, and action aim at being spoken from the heart. We appreciate each others quality, gifts and contribution while ensuring that these are aligned with a shared and holistic vision.

The purpose of these agreements is to help each of us to participate in a more holistic way and in the interest of all:

- Be Impeccable with your Word: Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the Word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your Word in the direction of truth and love.
- Don’t Take Anything Personally: Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.
- Don’t Make Assumptions: Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
- Always Do Your Best: Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self judgement, self-abuse, and regret.

Privacy Agreement
We request that we each do our part to keep our sharing spaces private and respectful. When something is shared in a private Facebook group, live call, or webinar, keep personal information among the participants and refrain from sharing it outside of our community.
If you share a story that you don’t want shared in any form, even anonymized, then make a request of the group not to share. If you are fine with a story to be shared with your name attached, then let others know.
Our default agreement is that it is ok to share things in anonymized form without permission. Any exceptions (i.e. “Do not share at all” or “no need to anonymize”) need to be stated explicitly. Even when they are not, we will trust each other to exercise care and discretion.
Terms of Service
The following Terms of Service apply to your use of our online community and course environments. By registering with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:
You acknowledge that you will receive email content from us for the purposes of sharing in ideas, conversation, and community.
We reserve the right to remove any comment or discussion that jeopardizes the safety and energy of our community.
We request that you refrain from solicitation and promotion of goods, services, websites, or requesting money (profit or non-profit).
Personal contact information that is not your own, should never be copied, shared, discussed, posted or requested publicly in the community.
All content on this forum is the sole responsibility of the party who posts it.
You agree that you will make your best effort to seriously consider and remain in alignment with the values and responsibilities voiced here, and, under no circumstances, will act in a manner that violates laws and community boundaries that have been established to respect and protect other human beings.

Payments via Stripe
If you have used one of the Stripe payment buttons on our website, thank you for your purchase. Orders that you submit are protected SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and all personal information (name, address, credit card information) for purchases is entered into and held by Stripe
You will receive a receipt generated by Stripe in your e-mail from the third space. Refunds will only be issued under extenuating circumstances. Requests will be sent to support@thethirdspace.us. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment made.

Who we are
The third space website address is thethirdspace.us. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.

Media
If you upload images (profile pics, etc) to the website, you should avoid uploading images with the embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact Forms
We keep contact form submissions indefinitely for customer service purposes. We do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Who we share your data with
This website is hosted by SiteGround; your personal information and files for this website are securely stored on their server.
When you subscribe to our email list, your information (name, email) is sent to our email account with Get Response.
When you register for an event, your information (name, email) is sent to our account with Gravity Forms.
We share your information (name, email, username, password) with Paid Membership Pro to create your account and password when you join our community.
Payment information is processed through Stripe.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Where we send your data
As a general rule, we do not sell, rent, lease or otherwise transfer any information collected automatically or through your voluntary action. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone . We use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to develop the content program for which you have signed on.
